• Air Freight start shipping from lowest 1KG. Subsequent weight is 0.5KG for Malaysia while 1KG for Singapore.
• Shipment's weight determine by comparing volumetric weight and actual weight, charge whichever is higher.
• Volumetric weight is calculated after the shipment is packaged using formula (Height x Width x Length/6000.)
• Free Throw Volumetric weight is charged based on actual weight only, Half Free Throw volumetric weight is charged based on actual weight and volumetric weight divided by 2.
• Unlimited Half Free Throw volumetric weight must follow the rules of difference weight between volumetric weight and actual weight not over 10KG.
• Unlimited Free Throw volumetric weight must follow the rules of difference weight between volumetric weight and actual weight not over 15KG.
• Each side of parcel exceed 120CM will charged RM 50 / 50 CM.
• Single shipment maximum weight is 60KG. If the item cannot be separated to multi pieces, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
• Explosive, livestock, animal, gas, flammable, ammunition, cigarettes are not allowed and banned to use air freight.
• Fragile item require to take photo of item and reinforce the parcel before dispatch, shipper is not responsible for any broken or damaged issue.
• Each parcel provided with free storage period up to 30 days. Exceeded free period will be charged RM 1 per day and per piece of parcel, maximum up to 45 days. Expired parcel will be destroyed without permission required.
• High value item required to seek for customer service assistance.
• PickUp Point Air Freight starts shipping from lowest 0.1KG, more suitable for parcel in 1kg.Not supported combine parcels/shipments.
• PickUp Point Air Freight needs to pick up the parcel at the self-pickup point, not supported delivery service.
