Beginner Guide

1 . Membership Registration

Go to WePost main page, insert your email address and set up password for registration. Meanwhile, our website also supports Facebook, Google, Wechat and Paypal account log in.

2 . Warehouse address set up

Go to Account setting 账户管理 in Taobao website, insert our provided warehouse particulars such as name of recipient, recipient address and contact.

3 . Copy tracking number

Go to Taobao website in "已买到的宝贝", click "查看物流", copy the tracking number.

4 . Insert Parcel Particulars

Go to our Dashboard, in My Parcels, insert parcels particulars to add parcels.

5 . Submit shipping order

In My Parcels, tick parcels that you wish to ship.

6 . Insert Shipping Information

Insert the shipping information including the address in Malaysia, choose the preferred courier company and submit shipping order.

7 . Ready to receive your parcels！

After submitted the shipping order, click the to track the delivery status. If it shows "out of delivery", your parcel would be arrived at your doorstep on that day itself.)
