Membership Level VIP
We started the membership level program in May 2019. Member can upgrade their membership level by spending shipping fee to get more coins. Coin can be discounted for shipping fee and gift redemption.
How to upgrade the membership level:
Calculate based on the total monthly shipping fee spending of members
Member level benefits：
Get double 2x or triple 3x of coins, get discounted shipping and redeem special gift.
The table of total Shipping Fee Spending and Membership Level are as follows:
Level Upgrade Method - Reference 1 :
Total as RM530 ，membership level will be V 2.
Level Upgrade Method - Reference 2 :
Since there is no spending in March, the total spending is RM470 and the membership level will be V 1.
If there is no consumption in a particular month, we will calculate according to the total spending of the previous 6 months. If the spending requirement is not met, the membership level will be downgraded or remain.
