What should I do if the package is lost? WePost provide the cheapest insurance service to ensure user with after-sales guarantee .

The minimum insurance fee is RM 1 and you can get RM100 compensation.
The highest insurance fee is RM 80 and you can get RM4000 compensation.
This service is only available for air in all regions and West Malaysia sea shipment.

Parcel Insurance can only be compensated if the parcel is lost . There is no need to provide any product information when applying for compensation.
