Payment and Top-Up Guide
WePost provides various top-up and payment methods, including bank transfer, FPX, WeChat Pay, Boost, credit card and etc. All the transactions are supervised under Bank Negara Malaysia to provide secured online transactions for all the users. Please ensure that transactions made are with the WePost official bank account "WePost Sdn Bhd".
Top-up and Payment Instructions:
Bank Transfer Graphic Guides：
1 . Enter "dashoard", select "wallet"
After loging in, select "wallet" in the "dashboard"
2 . Select Top-up
Go to Wepost "wallet", select "top-up" under the "balance"
3 . Fill in Top-up Information
Click "Top-up", then fill in the top-up amount, date and time, receipt screenshot and bank account's name.
