(Q)How can I get my WePost Pro benefits?
(A)Upon successful subscription, the benefit of "full compensation for lost shipments" will be automatically activated for members' West Malaysia shipments. Other benefits will be credited to the user's account in the form of vouchers.

(Q)How do I use my WePost Pro voucher?
(A)Members simply click to use the voucher before paying the shipping fee. If you select the auto-pay feature when placing your order, you may miss the opportunity to use the voucher.

(Q)How much is the voucher discounted?
(A)The discount will only apply to shipping and parcel collection fees for shipments within West Malaysia (depending on the voucher selected by the user) , and does not include warehouse fees, remote fees, or additional service fees.

(Q)How can I subscribe to WePost Pro?
(A)To subscribe to WePost Pro, log in to your WePost account and click "Subscribe WePost Pro" at the top. Alternatively, you can access the subscription options by going to the app's "Settings" page and clicking on "WePost Pro."

(Q)Can I get a cancellation/refund after I subscribe?
(A)Once a subscription is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred.

(Q)Can I participate in other WePost promotions if I subscribe to WePost Pro?
(A)Yes. But each shipment can only use the voucher once.

(Q)If I did not use the WePost Pro voucher this month, can roll over to next month?
(A)No. The coupons are valid for one month and cannot be extended, accumulated, or combined with coupons from the next month.

(Q)Can I continue my WePost Pro subscription after it expires?
(A)Yes, you can continue your WePost Pro subscription after it expires by renewing it.

(Q)Do WePost Pro vouchers have restrictions on the weight and region of the shipping order?
(A)WePost Pro coupons have no weight limit and apply to both air and sea shipments within West Malaysia.

(Q)Is it refundable if I used the wrong voucher?
(A)No. All the promotion cannot be cancelled/refunded once it has been used.
